Returns Policy

We really hope that you love your order from KID, but if, for whatever reason, you’re not completely happy - you can return your purchase any time up to 90 days after delivery.


Change of Mind Returns

We don't require any reason for the return, and we don't charge any restocking fees. All we ask is that the item is still in brand new condition with all original packing attached. 

  • If your item is returned within 30 days we’ll issue a full refund
  • If your item is returned between days 31 - 90 we will issue you a KID gift card

Please note that unless the goods were faulty, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of return delivery charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it allows us as a small business to continue offering our customers the best prices and services possible.

Important: please ensure you get a tracking number for your return, as we can only refund items that are received back to us. 


Damaged Items 

At KID, we understand that sometimes things can happen during shipping and an item may arrive damaged. If this is the case, simply email us at and we'll work with you to come up with the best plan of action.

Our goal is to make sure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if your item does arrive damaged, we're here to help. We may also ask you to provide photos of the damage to help us better understand the issue and find the best solution.

We kindly request your understanding that normal wear and tear is not covered under our refund policy. While we strive to provide the highest quality products, regular use over time can naturally result in some signs of wear.

We are however committed to addressing any issues related to manufacturing defects or faulty items, and we'll gladly assist you in such cases once reported within 365 days of purchasing.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

As part of your consumer rights, there is a legal requirement known as the "cooling-off period" that allows customers to return goods for any reason within 14 days of receiving them.

​​At KID, we respect and comply with this requirement, and we're happy to offer our customers a 14-day return period for any reason. We’ve also extended this period to 90 days for your convenience, so you have plenty of time to decide if you're happy with your purchase.

Please note that to be eligible for a full refund or credit note, returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging and tags intact. Unless the goods were faulty, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of return delivery charges.
