A beautiful sailor collar blouse in the cotton poplin with a very special floral print designed for us by watercolour artist Safiyyah Choycha. The collar edge is embellished with blue picoting stitch and the elastic is set back from the edge of the cuffs to form a pretty frill. There are press-studs for easy nappy changes and soft elastic to the leg openings. This romper is lined in fine cotton voile.
